S.Y.B. Lithuania is now looking for a Technical Consultant / Database expert to be based in Vilnius.
Job description:
- Support and incident management
- Training and consulting customers
- Understanding customers' requirements and translating them into products and solutions
- Proof-of-concept and other relevant pre-sales activities
- Participating in writing proposals to close deals together with sales
- Analyzing competitive vendor’s products
Skills requirements:
- Experience in databases, database administration, data warehouses and SQL
- Experience in projects that involve planning and implementation of databases and data warehouses
- Experience with SAP database products such as HANA, ASE, IQ is a plus
- Experience in BI (Business Intelligence) solutions/development is a plus
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills with emphasis on customer service
- Highly motivated with desire for success
- Team player but required to be highly independent at times
- Problem solving skills
- Good communications and writing skills in English. Other language skills are a plus
- Travelling is required
- Relevant technical education
